Silence as design.

An apartment that breathes, adapts and takes care of its inhabitants. Like the best technology: present, yet invisible.
When a client asks us to design "in the Apple style", they already know what they want — even if they cannot quite put it into words. They want silence. That rare quality where everything is exactly where it should be, without ever announcing itself. They want technology to disappear into the walls, the ceiling, the very air. They want to feel at ease without knowing why.
This is the brief from which this residential project was born: an apartment conceived as an organic system, in which materials, light, air and home automation work together toward a single goal — the quiet wellbeing of the people who live there.
"I don't want to notice the apartment.
I want to feel good inside it."

THE NINFEA PROTOCOL
The invisible heart of the apartment is the Ninfea Protocol — an integrated system for collecting, filtering and redistributing water that reduces consumption by up to 60%. Grey water is recovered, treated and reintroduced into the apartment's secondary cycles. Water is no longer waste: it becomes a resource that completes its full cycle within the walls of the home.
THE FOUR PILLARS OF THE SYSTEM
PURE AIR
Dyson HEPA purifier integrated into the ventilation system. Captures pollen, bacteria, viruses and ultrafine particles. The air in every room is continuously renewed, in absolute silence.
APPLE HOME
Home automation lives entirely within the Apple ecosystem. Intelligent scenes triggered by light level, time of day and occupancy: the apartment transforms from morning to evening, from weekday to weekend, entirely on its own.
PRESENCE SENSORS
PIR and ambient light sensors in corridors, bathrooms and transition areas. Lights turn on when needed and switch off when the room is empty. No waste. No interruption to comfort.
WATER RECYCLING
The Ninfea Protocol manages the water cycle autonomously. Grey water is filtered and reintroduced into secondary systems, reducing overall consumption by up to 60% compared to a standard installation.

Every technology was chosen for its coherence with this vision. The Dyson purifier is not a household appliance: it is an organ of the apartment, hidden within the ventilation network, silent and constant as breathing. The sensors in the corridors and bathrooms are not a technical convenience: they are the gesture of a home that respects its inhabitants — and the planet they live on.
Apple Home connects everything in a single language. Morning scenes with warm light and a gradual wake-up. Evening scenes with lower colour temperature, dimmed environments — an apartment that signals to the body that it is time to slow down. Technology does not impose rhythms: it follows them.
"An apartment that consumes less, pollutes less, and takes care of those who live in it. This is the architecture that interests us."
The result is a space where quality is not seen — it is felt. Where peace is not the absence of stimuli, but the presence of balance. A project that demonstrates how sustainability and luxury are not opposites: they are, when designed well, the very same thing.
